Legal Personnel

Legal action is taken on an account only after our client signs an authorization form and the account meets all lawsuit requirements. FAST will pay any court costs and attorney fees in advance for accounts in litigation.

Service Representatives.

Each client is assigned a Service Representative to handle all the clients' needs. Senior management is kept informed of the status of each client's account and should the need arise, can step in to assist the client or representative.
