Training. New employees are immersed in a week-long, interactive training program. Our collectors are trained first and foremost to represent our clients with integrity. Training encompasses the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), proper customer management, and proven successful collecting techniques. Training is an ongoing process, and employees are kept abreast of the latest developments in our industry. The goal of our training is to create professional representatives in which both our clients and we can take pride.
Legal Personnel. Legal action is taken on an account only after our client signs an authorization form and the account meets all lawsuit requirements. FAST will pay any court costs and attorney fees in advance for accounts in litigation.
Staffing Levels. FAST currently employs a collection and support staff that maintains an above-average rate of recovery for our clients.
Service Representatives. Each client is assigned a Service Representative to handle all the client's needs. Senior management is kept abreast of the status of each client's account and, should the need arise, can step in to assist the client or representative.
